Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account or preferred wallet. Customers may be asked to provide their UPI ID or UPI-linked mobile number for processing refunds.

Shipping returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or if an incorrect item is delivered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please bring the original receipt along with the product to our customer service desk.
